# Timill

> Timill is a European sovereign, enterprise-grade work management platform that keeps your whole organization aligned, accurate, and up to date. It is built by Timill Ab Oy in Vaasa, Finland, hosted on Hetzner (default location Helsinki, any Hetzner European location available), and uses Mistral for AI features. No non-EU data centers are used for customer data.

Timill is offered as two products:

- **Timill Teams**: a single-group workspace for one team or department.
- **Timill Pro**: a multi-group platform with single sign-on, cross-group links, and a dedicated instance for larger organizations.

## Pricing summary

- Timill Teams Free: €0, up to 5 users in one group, no credit card.
- Timill Teams Plus: €5 per user per month or €50 per user per year.
- Timill Pro Cloud: from €25 per named user per month.
- Timill Pro Custom: contact sales.

## European sovereignty

- Hosting: Hetzner. Default location Helsinki, Finland. Any Hetzner European location is available on request (including Germany).
- Custom deployments (Pro Custom): on-premise or any other cloud provider, including French, German, or other European sovereign clouds.
- AI: Mistral by default. Custom providers supported on Pro Custom.
- No non-EU servers in our stack, with two unavoidable third-party exceptions: Stripe (self-serve payments, contracted via its Irish entity) and Apple/Google mobile push notifications. UniPush is supported on Android as an open, sovereign alternative.
- Pro Cloud and Custom Services customers can opt for direct invoicing from Finland (EUR bank transfer), bypassing Stripe entirely.
- GDPR-compliant. DPA available on request.
